The Montgomery County Investor Tax Credit Program is available for investors of companies that receive approval first from the Maryland Bio Investor Tax Credit Program.   The county’s portion is an add-on to already approved investors by the State and it is given as cash, not credit.  Only companies located in Montgomery County, already designated to have their investors receive the tax credit from the state, are eligible.
